Brian Spencer is a video editor for Straight Arrow News.
Brian has more than 20 years’ experience in the news business. His career to this point has been in local news. He has worked at #1 stations in Raleigh, NC and his hometown of St. Louis, MO. From production assistant for MTV and field producing for NBC’s Football Night in America, to sports, news, and mostly marketing production, Brian has done it all behind the scenes.
Brian earned a Bachelor’s in Communications from Lindenwood University where he was on the roller hockey team. Sports have been central to his life. Growing up playing baseball, tennis, and hockey prepared him for the sporting love he has pursued as an adult. Brian competes in the Irish sport of hurling. He has travelled to Ireland to play and has won 2 national championships.
At home, Brian’s joy is his wife and 3 kids….who also like hurling.
