Mindy Herb is a Lead Video Specialist for Straight Arrow News. She juggles the technical aspects of live video broadcasting.

Mindy started her career in Fort Worth, Texas, producing video and web content for a mega church as well as directing a variety of concerts and Broadway title performances. She then moved into the corporate world, where directing quality content for a worldwide telecommunications company not only increased her skill set but continued to fuel her desire to direct and produce content that makes a difference.

When she is not pushing buttons and barking orders, you will find Mindy enjoying the outdoors by scuba diving, skydiving, snowboarding, hiking and camping.
