The attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana got another win in court this week in their suit against the Biden Administration. The suit alleges Biden’s team either colluded with or coerced social media companies to suppress certain information.

Last week, Republican Attorneys General Eric Schmitt of Missouri and Jeff Landry of Louisiana released a slew of emails they’d been granted on discovery.

The emails were between Facebook employees and government officials and showed an ongoing coordination effort to fact-check posts about COVID-19 and vaccinations.

On Tuesday, a U.S. District Court judge ordered more communications be turned over to the Republican attorneys general.

Schmitt and Landry allege when social media posts get a “disinformation, misinformation or malinformation” label, it’s a violation of the First Amendment.

Schmitt and Landry said Dr. Anthony Fauci and White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre communicated with Twitter and Meta, Facebook’s parent company, to make sure posts that were deemed as disfavored content would receive one of the aforementioned labels.

The district judge ordered the Department of Justice to provide Schmitt and Landry with all communications between Fauci, Jean-Pierre and the social media companies.

In a press release, Schmitt said, “The American people deserve answers on how the federal government has colluded with social media companies to censor free speech on these major platforms. We will continue to fight to uncover more of this vast censorship enterprise.”

ON TUESDAY A U.S. DISTRICT JUDGE ORDERED MORE COMMUNICATIONS BE TURNED OVER TO THE REPUBLICAN AG’S.

SCHMITT AND LANDRY ALLEGE WHEN SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS GET A “DISINFORMATION, MISINFORMATION OR MALINFORMATION” LABEL, IT’S A VIOLATION OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT.

SCHMITT AND LANDRY SAY DR.

A U.S. DISTRICT JUDGE ORDERED THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE TO PROVIDE SCHMITT AND LANDRY WITH ALL COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN FAUCI, JEAN-PIERRE AND THE SOCIAL MEDIA COMPANIES.

IN A PRESS RELEASE, SCHMITT SAID THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DESERVE ANSWERS ON HOW THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS COLLUDED WITH SOCIAL MEDIA COMPANIES TO CENSOR FREE SPEECH ON THESE MAJOR PLATFORMS.
