Israeli settlers rampage in West Bank after Palestinian man kills 2

There are new developments in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict carried out in the West Bank. It’s an area affected by a year-long wave of violence and that violence continued over the weekend.

A Palestinian gunman killed two Israeli settlers. In response, dozens of Israelis invaded the town where the deadly shooting took place. According to local media, 30 homes and cars were set on fire. Palestinian medics reported one man was killed and four others were wounded amid the rampage.

According to The Associated Press, the night appears to be the worst outburst of civilian violence in decades.

The night of violence is already being condemned by governments on both sides. The Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, called it acts of terrorism and blamed the Israeli government. Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called on civilians not to take the law into their own hands, as tensions between the two sides continue to escalate.

THE PALESTINIAN PRESIDENT CALLED IT ACTS OF TERRORISM AND BLAMED THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT.

ISRAEL’S PRIME MINISTER BENJAMIN NETANYAHU CALLED ON CIVILIANS NOT TO TAKE THE LAW INTO THEIR OWN HANDS. AS TENSIONS BETWEEN THE TWO SIDES CONTINUE TO ESCALATE.
